How about a dz that got rid of a world class AFF school guy and advertises come jump with our new AFF instructors, look they have tits and are good looking. My turn to chime I guess... Just had radical prostatectomy at Northwestern in Chicago. Davinci robotics. I am younger than most getting it at 52 so I wanted it out. I also had a second surgery on top of this to complicate things but my prostate stuff is top notch. My Surgeon's were great and stay was minimal with top of the line treatment. Age and symptoms should dictate what you do. All my tests came back clear so all we do is test and I hope it stays away. My score was 6 also and I got it early but since it can be so invasive I said get it out like two of my brothers out of 4 and my dad. We are all doing well... I plan on jumping in the spring after Nov. 12th surgery. This is the worst thing ever for me but what ya gonna do??? I was lucky enough years ago to be able to ski the Klienasheidig,,,spelling may be wrong, which allows you to ski in the shadow of the Eiger. We teach it, does that mean that we have to do it every time??? I swoop after almost every jump but I make sure my students know what to do different than what I am doing... When they grow up it is just like driving a car...some go faster than others and have wrecks... Don't hate on me for doing what I can safely... Bill, I need to get you in touch with Bob Federman. He is one of the guys that made the first jump into Hinckley dropzone way back when, was on the second 10 way ever, member of the James Gang and was the original Boogie King. The stories I have been priveleged to hear have been the best. We are lucky Bob has a whole basement filled with memorbilia and we have a heir apparent in Brian Voss who is trying to keep it all alive and remembered. I would like to show you my safe, fast, long, easy swoop on my stilleto 135. It is a great canopy and when I transitioned to the velo...no problem. Now I am safe and conservative and can do very low 360 degree turns with my stiletto, but it took a while. I scare the heck out of my dzo when I come in close.
