Does anyone have an opinion on whether the "new" parafoil 2000 is any better than the "old" parafoil?

Can ayone with a PD Spectre canopy tell me the serial number and the date of manufacture of your canopy. I'm trying to estimate a reasonable "guess".

I used to do a lot of accuracy back in the early eighties. Had a Cloud Delta. The preferred canopy is now a parafoil? Does anyone know what the "real good" accuracy competitors (i.e. national champions) are using?
