I ordered one for my wife and a customer as soon as they got here they got sent back. Was told "Expected completion date: 13-June-2016" when we sent them back. They are about 8 weeks behind. New date is the 2nd week in August. "Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing."- Helen Keller www.AdrenalineSkyGear.com

What is their story? I've looked at the website, I see the product lineup. But why would they move from a low cost production environment in SA to the USA where they will lose the currency exchange rate advantage? Where will the actual production of canopies and containers take place? I'm not 100% sure of their business strategy but moving some of their production here might help them getting known better. They might also be trying to grow their military line and from what I know about military sales they really prefer US based production. Also shipping will be a lot better from within the US it's pretty high now coming from SA. It will be in South Carolina. As far as the percentage of stuff that will be built in SC and how much will be at SA, I don't know. I have been extremely happy with them (especially the Vortex) and looking forward to see what they do over the next few years. "Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. I'm a dealer for them and they have always been great with me. The dealer network is growing here and they are really trying to be a bigger presence here in the US. Squirrel Reveal Wingsuit Targeted Epicene Canopy
AdrenalineGear commented on admin's article in Gear
This is from their website. It's not 100% f-111 or "Porcher Sport PN9" also it's $2,150. MATERIALS Porcher Sport PN9 is the highest quality low-bulk 0-3cfm material available. The ZP leading edge greatly enhances the Epicene's longevity and performance – during the Epicene's development prototypes have all performed well for hundreds of jumps. 725lb Spectra lines are strong but inelastic and low-friction, meaning that it is important for the jumper to understand proper packing and deployment techniques particular to this canopy. -
Suits VS a Rig (What to get first)
AdrenalineGear replied to Matti3's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
You said you're about to move to Korea for a year so if you buy a rig now it will be sitting for some time losing value, at least the AAD. It would lose more than you can find a decent used suit for. You also may not want to jump the same size canopy you are now after a year off so when you move back you might still be renting a few times anyway. Also there is fewer decisions that go into a suit over a rig. Buy a suit now and take your time thinking about what you want in a rig. Also like others have said an alti, helmet, and audible should come before a suit or a rig. "Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. http://www.intrudair.hu/about_materials.html These guys do a good job showing the difference in fabrics. A lot of companies also do different "cuts". Like others have said you're going to want mostly nylon. Some people will always use a weight belt. It will help with your range of speeds and you wont have to try as hard to "keep up" and free you up to think more about the jump. "Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.
