  1. I am ripping to Apple TV 3 1080 hd format; I keep all of my video on a Thunderbolt hard drive on my Mac network so I don’t really use disks anymore. ByteCopy is the best software I’ve used so far! Not as professional as MakeMKV but very intuitive with various formats for different devices. Love it!
  2. I have tried other than PC or Mac, using AC Ryan HD Mini 3 to play the MKV files created by Aiseesoft, but still cannot get the chapter markers working. This drove me mad! Finally I realized something must be wrong with the conversion. So I went to cnet and tried ByteCopy for Mac which claimed to be capable of keep multiple soft subtitles and chapter info, which it does. I'm now happy with this product!
