  1. Wether a first time jumper or experienced skydiver you’ll feel at home at Skydive Danielson! Located in the quiet NE corner of CT you’ll be greeted by a safe, fun and beautiful place to jump! The instructors are amazing, and will make your whole experience beyond what you even hoped it to be. And there are usually plenty of fun jumpers who will be more than happy to jump with you, honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to play in the sky with!!
  2. Hello My friend! Firstly as a fellow baby skydiver, welcome to the best thing you will ever do in your life! I'm just shy of my A license and will finish up as soon as I can when the season starts in good old NE. Now I firmly think you should go with the smaller DZ as I think it will be really beneficial (as it has been for me) to get the more personalized attention. I have been going through AFF and the process of getting my A at a dropzone that doesn't normally offer it. I got lucky for a couple of reasons and was able to start last year. Getting the one-on-one and feel of a smaller DZ has been such a bonus for me. I have two friends I've watched start the process at bigger DZ with never the same instructors and the both repeated levels and struggled alot. I sailed through and felt so much more confident with my experience. But that's only my opinion, from what I've learned and observed so far! whatever you chose you will love being part of an amazing sky family! Good luck and blue skies! "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  3. Hey! Thank you so much! Big help :) Blue skies my friend! "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  4. Informadouche hahaha I cant even "informadouche" - you have both been elevated to Idol status lmao "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  5. The way that's phrased, I don't know if you're trying to be helpful or douchie - but thanks I think? "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  6. Hi! I'm going to post this in a couple of forums but I really just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the Jedi Air jumpsuits and what they think of them, quality and such! Thank you much for any input :) "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  7. it is a wonderful feeling! something I never ever thought I would do! Congratulations on your almost A! and better late than never! I'm glad I started at 28 instead of 58 :) "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  8. Excellent point! I am grateful to live in such a time, where we can worry about how we look instead of only safety! "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  9. it is a lot! but I also credit it to why I sailed through AFF with no repeats! I actually didn't want to learn to go solo until my 4th tandem, my instructor is also my boyfriend so he was teaching me bit by bit and on the 4th jump he taught me how to turn...that was my "omg I'm flying moment" and it has done nothing but get better from there! Also, my home DZ is a tandem only DZ so I held back from going somewhere else with hopes the owner would let me do it there, and he did! so lucky me! :) "feel the fear and do it anyways."
  10. Anyone else regret wussing out years ago when they had the chance to go skydiving? I do. I missed out on so many years of this amazing sport. Better late than never but I think I'll always regret that wee fact! 7 tandems, AFF and my first solo later and I am so happy to be a part of this and cant wait to learn and love this sport for the rest of my life! A license here I come! Hopefully I will meet some of you in the sky!! "feel the fear and do it anyways."
