    The customer service is horrible. I purchased a groupon because I am new to the area and wasn't sure which skydiving place to try. Well, they were impossible to get a hold of and when I did finally got through they told me they were booked until after the groupon expired. I contacted groupon and they told me that as long as I made the appt before it expired it was all good. So I called back 2 days before it expired and made the appt but wanted to confirm with the managers that they knew of groupon's policy. They never called back (surprise, surprise when you have a bunch of incompetent people managing this place. Lets be honest, when they are constantly on groupon and living social its a huge indication that the business is in trouble). I called again and finally got through. They said they will not honor groupon's policy and that I had 90 days to make the appt and I shouldn't have waited until the last minute. I told them I didn't, I just couldn't ever make an appt. Then the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me then that's my problem with my schedule. If I could have gone anytime this wouldn't have been a problem (yeah, some people work for a living and it was a group of several people. Its kinda hard to get everyone's schedules in sync) Anyway, I told her I couldn't believe she wasn't honoring groupon's policy, she then proceeded to get snippy with me telling me I shouldn't have tried to schedule it two days before. I told her again, that that wasn't the first time I tried to contact them but it was my last ditch effort to use the groupon. So, needless to say I do not recommend this two bit operation. I would read the other reviews carefully. Many people have had this same experience or they made the appt but didn't actually get to jump until 4 hours later. BUYER BEWARE!!!
