I have resolved my issue and Steffen has been more than stellar about the hole situation. I have gotten everything i need and he was more than happy to get my issues resolved. Now... very good customer service. The issue lies that there automated email system is...well they need to find out what happened. I sent 6 emails it said i sent 1 so something is not working. Since they still sell the ProTrack, it would seem natural that they could still support (service/fix) them, even if it was an old one. If the needed repair was so extensive/expensive that it didn't make sense to fix it, then I could understand, but then it wouldn't be right to say they can't "support" the product. It used to be that L&B had a well deserved reputation for fixing/repairing things without any question, and apparently that is no longer the case. Again, that is reasonable, but everyone ought to know the new reality. That was back in the day when people stood behind something. Today you have to go on youtube and tell your story for them to stand behind there product. Crazy.... In the end...the universe has a way of working itself out.... It seems that today the only way to get peoples attention..is to rant...I am not a ranter but trying to get a quick response. I have emailed them 4 times over the last 2 weeks without a response to buy something and ask a question about my protrack... If you care about your brain try the POC MIPS Backcountry. It has more certifications than any other helmet and it fits great. Allot of base jumpers wear them. The MIPS system mimics the brains way to protect itself. It may not look cool but neither does sitting in the corner drooling.... I like the cookie helmets but no cert.... C. I cant even phantom for a moment in today's economy ..non the less europe's for sh%t economy , that you cant even get a response for a simple question from someone trying to pedal equipment that is almost obsolete. I would have to agree with you here chuck.... Dying is not even a reason i would consider in my choice to skydive or base. Being in a poor or unstable mindset is not a way i would want to be doing something i enjoy....And to be that bent over money, relationship's or stupid thing's that would want you to end all..well... pick your ass up and move on.... there will be always money and relationships for the taking... quit living in the past and live in the now..
