Actually I've known one or two of those. . . And that would explain forgetting the PRCP handle. . . So far, no response. Back in the 90's I was a part time TM at a DZ that 'threatened' a pop quiz in a cup all the time...kind of a running joke. Until they DID IT ~ I worked full time a couple weeks until they could 're-staff' a fair number of refusals & failures. Interesting I use to do a demo annually not far from where they're made. I'd always stop in at the factory and pick up a few pounds of 'Belly Flops' ...the poor guys that didn't make it through inspection because of their shape. Actually there was a drawing for D1 & D2. That said...I would think someone that made a jump in the 40's and continued on until this decade would be 'in the running' so to speak. I don't know when Lew made his first jump, but I know a guy that jumped on D-day and made his last jump a couple years ago. He now unfortunately has dementia - but that's what, 8 different decades Ole Jack made a leap in.
