I watched closely the reports because you have to learn form mistakes. There were so many things that were wrong that night... that man was alone to controll two different things: an approach sector and an area control sector,the collision alarms were off (and he didn't know about that), the comunication with the other sectors didn't work, the planes didn't respond. The result: people died, ... children died. The controller was sent to psychiatric care. The lawsuit begun. And now he was KILLED. I'm shocked.
