  6. I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone who has purchased from the KKrew in the past few months, and also would like to really apologize for the slowness in the service you may have received. This year when we opened a store in Australia, things got crazy. We were not selling in Australia prior to this store and now things have taken off to a whole new level where the business is no longer a one man operation. I am in the middle of trying to find someone that I can trust to provide the service I want my customers to receive while I focus on the management factors of running the company. Too many of my customers recently have been experiencing a couple of late deliveries or slip ups on my behalf and I want you guys to know that this is not going unnoticed by me and it is not a standard that I accept. With the company experiencing a rapid growth more or less overnight, something we were aiming to achieve in a 3 year period, really caught me off guard. I am int he middle of trying to find the right person to really help out in the company with customer service and also trying to get new structure into the way we do things. Thank you to those who have bared with us and not voiced any complaints and have been understanding. We really try to do our best and it is a learning curve for myself in running a business. Since we introduced the demo rigs, things just exploded. We currently have 15 demo rigs out amongst customers and we have another 5 that just arrived yesterday that will be heading out to those who were expecting them in April. We have taken 6 months worth of container sales in a single month and because of this sudden increase in sales I was caught off guard and thought I should probably make a public announcement thanking you for your patience. Once we get back from the Gear Expo later this month we will have our customer service back on the par that I have always tried to maintain. Thanks to all the other distributors such as Gravity Gear, Chutingstar and Downward Trend who have helped us get to where we are and helped us when we have hit hard spots. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

  11. Sparky, The one thing i hate more than anything about this website is how fast it attracts people to make their issues with distributors and manufacturers a public bitch fest. I received an email and the way I read it was 'Things need to go his way from now on or he is going to show our emails to the world.'. Hence the copy and paste. BS like that makes me furious and I am not going to end over and take that BS, so I created a thread, sent the guy a link, told him I wont stand for that and this link would be a great one for him to show the entire world of skydiving what his problem with me is. Things are now sorted out and this thread I doubt will be used by him, I for sure am not going to start talking about my confidential business with a customer unless it is in defence but at the same time i was proving a point that i stand behind everything i said 100% in public or in private, it does not concern me and there is no way on this earth that anything he has to say, if he was to tell the truth would make my business get the bad end of the stick, that I am certain of because I have learned from these forums how to do 50% of my job. To be honest, this is a case of a brand new skydiver to the sport who did things the wrong way to start with and those decision then got to where we are at today to the point that my name got walked on and i was made out to look like the bad guy, when I was making sure the important parts of the transaction were taken care of and not the fact that something arrived 24 hours late. (A demo rig of all things). Anyway, I am suprised the customer has posted a single thing in this forums without going into full details but seems thats the case. I do want to ask that people leave him alone and not antagonize him, I personally was proving a point to him, which things have since been resolved or moved on and I ask you all to let it go as h is a new jumper to the sport, he is a very cool guy who one day will have alot to offer to the sport and he is very ambitious that may be good for the sport, this is a case of a newbie just being a bit over keen which we see all the time and then after a bit too much of that I snapped, mainly for his safety and then because I did not like what I was hearing. If the story comes out i am happy for it to be told as I believe i was 100% in the right, except for something arriving at the last minute, which in my mind was all that was important so he could leave with something without having to have it posted to him to pay 35% taxes. What it comes down to is I sold a rig without knowing it to a jumper who had never jumped before, and when I found that out as far as I was concerned the order was doomed to go pear shapped. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

  16. you are correct, but handycam is the way alot of it is done. This is the trial of my version 1 handycam glove. Still alot of shake but version 2 has had some additional changes that should eliminate the shake 100%. The GoPro is certainly a great video for handycam once we get this glove sorted out. Please note that the case for this glove was not made with the camera, the manufacturer now has the camera and is doing an awesome job. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .
  17. This glove is my version 1. It has a bit of shake. The manufactutrers are now making a much more solid base for the version 2. Version one was made without the camera in their posession. Version 2 is being made with the camera so it will hopefully eliminate the shake. Here is a BASE photo stills, which works awesome. The link is to a tandem video which you will notice the shake. Version 2 is being made right now and I cant wait to see them as the build quality is great. NOTE: These are not for sale. I would not hesitate in shipping Luke any gear without payment upfront or vice versa after the conversations we have had. Sorry LUke.   24. Just to elaborate on that... It was not Aerodyne who lost the orders. They had a server issue. This was the time I had placed three of my customers orders. I am so use to placing orders with Aerodyne that they just get made. However when I ordered my few canopies, Aerodyne send out a confirmation. Which I did not receive. So the orders were never placed. This was my responsibility to make sure i received these confirmations, not aerodynes. I dindt really do my job properly in that sense, and I messed things up for three customers, yourself included. it just so happens, I have a customers container about ready and I am doing damage control right now as I realise I also missed their order. A total of three people I have screwed up here. Yourself, another poster who has given me a good review and now another customer who I am hoping will accept one of my solutions. I feel like shit that I messed this up. I just wanted to point out that your story about the service you received from us, is in fact 100% my fault as officaly the order was not placed in the first time. Sometimes I am going to screw up, I just hope my customers see that I do everything I can to make things right by them. I willl do whatever it takes to make the customer happy if I have done something to cause distress. Anyway, thanks for the review. No offence or anything, but to be honest, It would be really cool just to keep thanks to distributors and all that to a single thread so it is not in everyones face all the time. I am glad I help my customers and they are happy to talk about us, but i just feel a bit strange having it thrown in everyones face when half the people here dont really give a toss. All distributors look after their customers, thats why we do what we do. I am yet to meet a distributor who offers any less of a service than I like to think I offer. Anyway, cheers mate, Just a touchy subject at the moment as i only realised five minutes ago there was one last customer involved in my stuff up. Armando, You were a pleasure to deal with. I have to say that I do not think I have had a transaction run so smooth. You said you wanted a cnopy, the next day you woke me on the phone telling me you were at the bank and had deposited the full payment and I never heard from you again until the due date.   25. Sure thing. I sell rigs to customers and when they are waiting for their rig to be made I will loan them a rig. Right now I have a spare new Vector 3 with Pilot zpx 188, smart 190, cypres 2, all brand new. I also have a spare Vector 3, Safire 129, Icarus reserve 129, Cypres 2. I could put a Vector 3, Pilot zpx 150 and PD 143, cypres 2 together for you if you like. If you take one of the already built ones, you can use it for free if you jump at my dz, or you can use it for free if you leave passport with me until you return in. My dropzone is in the Hunter Valley, You can catch our PAC from the bankstown airport to the dropzone sat morning and stay and return on plane sunday evening. Or if you are going to Picton, you can collect the rig from my house in Sydney and return it when you are finished. You are responsible for the rig. I dont mind you using it free, but you damage it you pay for repairs at my cost price. Hope this helps.
