#lockdown I've already deep cleaned, pull out more clothes for the second time to take to a donation site.........sat down for lunch and thought, "I wonder what's happening on DZ.com."  Now I know.

FS Beginner/Intermediate Skills Camp w/Brianne Thompson

Requirements: Minimum 50-200 jumps. With ability to safely approach & track away from a formation.

FS Intermediate/Advanced Skills camp w/Michelle Karamon
5 jumpers / 5 Jumps
Requirements: Minimum 200+ Solid slot flying skills including the ability to face out in formation.

FREEFLY SKILLS CAMPS

Head up Skills Camp w/Sam Smith
5 jumpers/ 5 jumps
Requirements: Must be able to remain vertical and in control within proximity of others in a head up orientation. Must be reasonably mobile in a head up orientation and be able to safely break off.

Head down Skills Camp w/Katie Hansen
5 jumpers/ 5 jumps
Requirements: Must be able to exit, approach, and be proximate and in control around others in a head-down orientation. Must be able to safely break off via forward movement into a back-tracking position before turning over onto your belly.

CANOPY COURSE

Flight-1 Canopy Course w/Maxine Tate
Flight-1 101 –Thursday
Flight-1 102 –Friday

Registration for boogie is $50. If you do any of the Skill Camps, the registration is $150 plus jump tickets. If you do a second Skills Camp, the cost is $100 plus jump tickets. *Fight-1 - registration is $150 per day plus jump tickets and does not include boogie registration.

The Sister's in Skydiving event at Skydive Perris on March 19-20 has some FREE tunnel coaching with Dan BC. Flight time is Sunday March 20 with a 9 AM flight time. Cost is only $12 per min.

Tunnel time has been reduced to the price of $12 per min. This does include free coaching from Amy Chmeleck and Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld. Skydive Perris announces the 3rd annual Sisters in Skydiving event, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, on March 19-20 2016.

The goal of this event is to bring the ladies of the skydiving community together, offering coaching, mentoring, tunnel time and more. We have many fun activities planned for this event:

Is the DZ liable to cover the damage the Go Pro will inflict when it falls off a Tandem student?

Are the tandem students using their own Go Pro or does the DZ owe the Go Pro? If it's the students, will their insurance cover damage to my car or anything else if it falls off?

Tandem student doesn't have USPA third party insurance so who covers damage?

Not to mention some great raffle prizes for the gals after the jump day is done.

Each Sister will receive raffle tickets when they check in at the registration table on Saturday, March 14th. When we are finished jumping, we'll head over to the Bombshelter restaurant where there will be discounts on dinner and drinks for the gals.

The raffle will be held at the Bombshelter while you enjoy dinner and drinks. Must be present to win.

Join us at Skydive Perris for a Sisters in Skydiving event!

This is a fantastic opportunity for new female jumpers to meet, jump with, and learn from some of the best lady jumpers in the sport. Organized jumps all day long with our exceptional Big Sisters.

Here's the schedule for the day:
7:30am: Arrive at Skydive Perris to check-in with the organizers. If you need to rent gear, Square One is offering a 20% discount on gear rental for any SIS member.

8:00am: Meet the Big Sisters that will be organizing different disciplines, including RW, Tacking dives, Wingsuit dives and Freeflying Dives.

6:00pm: Gather at the Bombshelter Bar & Grill for appetizers, raffle giveaways, and closing of the event.

While this is primarily geared towards women with 200 jumps or less, all are welcome to join in the fun. If you are currently a student, this event is perfect for meeting licensed female skydivers and getting to know your new skydiving family. Jumpers of every experience level will benefit from the coaching and organizing that will be offered
all day long.

A special wind tunnel rate of $15.83 is being offered to all ladies who register for flight time on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 a.m. Your tunnel time will include free coaching by guest coach Sarah Smith. Mary Tortomasi will also be available for any FF coaching

Here are just some of the fun activities we have planned:

Saturday, February 8th, Free coaching in the air and in the tunnel by guest coach Sarah Smith of Team Storm and Amanda Lampton of Team Wicked.

We’ve also got you covered for Freeflying coaching in the air and in the tunnel with local LO Anmar Sadie.

Free canopy course offered on Sunday, February 9th by Nicole Elliott. This is a great opportunity for gals that need the canopy course for your “B” license. It’s also a great opportunity for the more experienced skydivers to polish up their canopy pilot skills.

We will start the day Saturday, February 8th, at the Wind tunnel, where we have reserved an hour of flying time for the $900 block price. Tunnel time is reserved for 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Contact the tunnel directly at 951-940-4290 to reserve your flight time. Mary Tortomasi, head tunnel instructor, is also offering free tunnel coaching.

After we’ve warmed up at the tunnel, we’ll take to the sky with discounted jump tickets of $22.

For those that are taking the canopy control class on Sunday, Hop and Pop jumps tickets have been discounted to $20 a jump.

Square One is also offering a 30% discount for any of the ladies that have to rent gear that weekend.

We’ll have Load Organizers for all experience levels and the opportunity to earn your WSCR award.

Registration will include goodie bag and raffle tickets for a drawing to be held at the Bombshelter where we can gather for discounted refreshments.
