  1. Drowning Pool - Let the Bodies hit the floor Disturbed - Down with the sickness I always thought Republica - Ready to go would be a good one too for video besides the above 2
  2. I had a question while reading my SIM. I was reading Category G section talking about recovering altitude from below level of formation. The first thing it says is turn sideways to keep formation in view. Im assuming its talking about turning 90 degrees correct? if so, how will this help you keep the the formation in view? Sorry im not jumping till this weekend so i wont be able to ask my jumpmaster till then and kinda wanted to find out sooner. Thanks
  3. i couldn't find reviews on your book. I am thinkin of buying it tho just to see whats in it since its titled made fun and easy. Is it a book about learning tricks and saftey or what? I have read The Skydivers Handbook and that was really informative on saftey and tricks and history but am willin to read others.
  4. i just wanted to say i did my 20 second delay and i loved it. They had me do just 1 10 second delay and said im ready for 20. Im jumpin again in acouple weeks and he said he's havin me do 30. For some reason he also let me just jump out head first on the last jump. Everyone at the dz kept tellin me that i'll be climbing the wing until i get off student status. Anyways, just thought id post it. Can't wait :)
  5. Well i made my second Hop & Pop only this one was different. When i jumped I went to pull my rip cord only i twisted to much so when i looked up i was in a head to earth position, which scared me for a sec. After that i arched and and wus in a stomache to earth position. What hurt was the sleet lol..Oh that jump i made my first stand landing. YAY
  6. unfortunatly, ive only been able to jump from a 206c. I really want to jump from something that i can run out of the back like a cargo plane or jump from the side cause right now i have to climb out on the wing and dangle there and i hate that.
  7. I went up to MASPC to make another jump. It was my first since my hop & pop. The jumpmaster said i had to do another SL and hop & pop again since i haven't jumped in 2 months. So I jumped the SL but the sun went down too fast so i didn't get to make my hop & pop so now i gotta do the SL again and do HP again. Im going up in 2 weeks and hopefully can start jumping every other week depending on my $$$. I just felt like ranting and getting this off my chest, cause i was pissed :(

Hey. I was just wanting to know. Im headin up to the DZ again in a week and will be makin my 2nd freefall(first one was Hop & Pop). Now when i arch will that put me in a belly to earth position? or will i stay in a Feet facing down position. I try to learn what i need to know before i head up there that way i already know what im doin and can cut down the time it takes the jumpmaster to explain things. Thanks

    ALRIGHT!!!!!!

went GREAT Funny thing about it tho was i was more scared with my last S/L than my Hop and Pop. Probably tho cause my S/L was my first jump since my accident. I jumped in 15 mph wind and it took me backwards most of the way and went i went to flare a gust of wind took me sideways and i landed on my knee...hurt like a sob.
