  1. Hi!
I'm looking for dual camera mount for 2 Sony X3000 on top of Tonfly 3X or Cookie G3.
What i would like to have:
    1. Fast removing - like Cookie Flatlock/Tonfly mount etc
    2. Some opening on bottom for fast access to card slot without unscrewing cameras.
    3. Possibility to change angle/inclination of cameras.
    4. Clean setup as much as possible without snag points.

I just saw similar setup with 2 Sony X3000 side by side without boxes on top of CookieG3 with Flatlock, but don't have photos unfortunately...

    Any ideas/photos or links :)?

  2. During my downsizing i switched from Katana-107 (1.7) to Odyssey-90 (1.9). Made with it 300+ jumps before going in Velo-79 and Scirocco-77.
Nice canopy, no complain. It's likes to be loaded, so for wingload 1.4-1.5 i would sugest Magelan from Skylark.
It's not ripoff copy of Crossfire2 for sure, for my POV it's good mix of Katana and Crossfire2 :)
Waiting for OdysseyEVO 85/90 to test it :)

jumping 6 in a 206U is miserable and scary, I swear to go we barely cleared the 10ft fence surrounding the airport every time we did it.

We are in Jordan near Dead Sea, 1200 fts bellow sea level with intended jump altitude 9000-10000 fts.
First of all need solution with seat belts, than think about permission for 6 passengers.

I use a canopy hanger and like um with four hooks, hang four at a time, flake and drop um, wrap um bag um one after the other, I also do inspections on the full rig as I go, takes about 45 mins to an hour fro all four depending on what shit needs fixing along the way. I can do it all day long. TI's and myself like the openings they/I get, no need to be in a hurry about it.

    Thanks for answer!
Packing "on hook" i saw once in Belgium. One of the reason they use this method - place is ex-military airfield/hangar, so they need/obligated to pack tandem (Sigmas) and student rigs in "military style"/on hook in separated area with 2 steel cords and hooks. A little easier for inspection and you don't need to keep big canopies on your shoulder.
Sport rigs were packed in "common way" on the floor.

  5. I still need to have DOM, size and s/n for every single canopy before ordering particular lineset or it's possible to just buy "lineset for Crossfire2-149" like with PD's canopies?

Next step for me - some sewing machine for bartacking lines.
Now i install lineset myself, but use other service center for bartacking it after me.

Any idea for model of this machine, i think used one can be fine.

***I ALWAYS pull my slider down over my brakes before I remove it. I have NEVER in TEN YEARS had my rings "fly up" my risers or cover my dive loops. I find it odd that people talk about that happening.

Different types of rings perhaps? My rings are normal slider rings, with two tiny loops attached to them. Really light weight compared to some of the specialized rings for other RDS sliders.

Same rds-rings with Sc-72/77/ ;). Allways pulling rings down - don't like them floating around lines, blocking dive loops and brakes and destroying thin lines near s-links.

No, most of us are wondering when the Russias will make another swoop video like they had a couple of years ago. Not just anyone can chow and rotate into the crowd off the pond!

Russians are more interesting to see opening video of Peregrine, but only see Westerns bla-bla-bla here :)Or we will ask Mr.Putin buy whole PD for R@D purpose, grant PDFT russian passports and send them in Siberia for next swoop camp :D

True - this is on a much tighter leash though.

I've never taken it to terminal. 5-6 secs has been the longest. Opened quick but great.

Still interesting to see some opening video, don't interesting in brand's wars.
Trying to convince some crazy friends that they doesn't need try to buy Peregrine for every day swooping :)Some of them telling: "PD will selling it to us, just matter of time, maybe next year"
