  7. I left home on December 19th 2013 and I returned home from my travels 2 days ago. I dont return to work for 3 weeks but there are "Things to do." I've had an absolutely AWESOME year and loved almost every bit of it. The beginning of the year i got to skydive with and hangout with some of the coolest kids on the planet (Matthew Hill Maura Rosqvist Guillaume Heiderijk Jen Mohitonista Ryan Risberg Rebecca Freescott Magnus Våge Ruta Norvaisaite Taneva Baker Jussi Sistonen-Lönnroth Rhonda Bostock John Mitchell Valinda Mitchell Deedy Silva the fabulous and AWESOMEEST Dini Mo) and many many others. Spent a month in Mexico again I had a blast learning Spanish in Guatemala (thanks Taneva) and then traveling through Central and South America for 7 months I then went WALKING over 900kms across the top of Spain, on The Camino De Santiago Ruta del Norte Then 2 weeks driving around the UK and Ireland thanks ever so kindly to the generosity of the lad Tony (Shropshire) Then i returned to Oz and have spent the last 6 weeks driving and camping around this great big country. Planning my next BIG trip for 2019 starts soon. Until then I'll just have to settle for spending March in the USA jumping at Eloy and Elsinore at Cowboy Camp and Flaj Flaj
  8. pick your location based on other criteria. All 3 of those places are only a few hours away from each other. So you can visit any of the DZs from Byron to the sunshine coast. You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

    High/Low

High: I'm driving around the UK and Ireland in a van generously loaned to me by Shropshire. Low : What low. MY LIFE STILL FREAKING ROCKS You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

  12. ... And it's on the DZ. Do a few minutes, a few jumps, back in the tube, vice versa. Having the tunnel on the DZ is a huge plus for jumpers. For tunnel rats and wuffos, not so much.yup, and I like all the staff there. There's no way I would go to Stockdale from the DZ everyday if I do my normal 15 morning 15 night. Also there's very little chance the prices will be similar You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

  15. ***. No one will be flying in SDAZ tunnel. ? I will, and happily, the only time I'm ever there is mid winter, and I have no issues keeping warm, in either morning or night flights. I like eloys tunnel. Ive been in a couple of the recirculation tunnels and eloy does ths job just fine. If you cant learn what you need at eloy, a newer shiny tunnel wont help You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing?

  19. For me its a fun hobby that I spend a lot of money on. To some it may seem like a don't do much else. But over the last 11 years I have had time off here and there to do other things. In 09 I didnt jump all year due to travelling and this year I'm doing the same thing. I wont ne back with my rig until about November. I did however crank out about 120 jumps in the first 2 months. I dont miss jumping all that much when I'm away from it. But I do miss some of the people and miss not being at some of the events that occur in my absence. 21. I've always called riders who choose not to wear helmets dumbasses, but in the land of the FREE, they should choose whats right for THEMSELVES. That's the thing about freedom. But you can go right ahead and let everyone else choose whats best for you, and soon enough you'll be wearing depends waiting for the gubment worker to come change them out. Seriously are all australians raging vaginas or do any of you actually have a pair? 35 years riding experience here. You DON'T have the right to smear your face all over the public roads, nor do you have the right to traumatise, LEOs or EMTs with your open cramium splilled over the pavment, All because YOU think you live in a fantasy land called "the home of the free". These sorts of law are not to protectl you theyre to protect decent folk from the likes of idiots who think its cool to run about in traffic lid free You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! 24. Im over 50 and I like a lot of Rap. I loved the early old school stuff. Sugar hill mob, public enemy, Run DMC Beasties etc... But I have always had an eclectic taste in music. From classical to hardcore punk. Some stuff floats my boat and some stuff doesn't. You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS!
