I have an op126 in mine however It is a bit squishy so not ideal (noted by riggers at repacks). A pd126 or op 143 might be a better fit for mine

I had this issue with my vortex 3, 11 brake fires in 28 jumps, cutaway last one. It seems to be partially dependant on riser length and the reserve packjob as the toggle was getting pinched between the reserve tray and the external riser covers. This didn't happen on previous reserve packjobs due to less bulk in the ears of the molar bag (My Assumption). My solution was for longer risers as this moved the toggle away from the pinch point but I wanted longer risers for swooping anyway. I haven't had any brakefires since. I tested this on the ground after my reserve was repacked. This was with the internal riser covers used however I had brakefire without using them too. I personally do not use them any more and lay them flat as it looks nicer without them and the external riser covers cover sufficiently alone. Finally got the weather to test mine filming some fs groups at the weekend. Stabilisation seems really good, only jello I got was when spotting with wind on side of helmet. There was some interesting lens effects when looking at the sun on sunset jump (see pink aurora borealis in last video) Otherwise really impressed. I've got mine back but about month after estimated date (est 28th March). Hopefully they will get back on schedule soon

I had my first in Dubai's Desert dz last week and staff there are really good. Looked down when under my reserve to see one of their buggy's racing across the dunes to get it. I think they had it before I landed myself on the landing area
