How many jumps on the canopy/slider? Was the opening hard, soft, normal? Is it possible that the slider was packed inverted? I've seen that done, and it could be hard on the slider (on the jumper too, although not necessarily). Are there any pointy, hard, hot-knifed corners on the slider?
