  2. Hangovers are basically dehydration. Lotsa non carbonated liquid (Gatorade, Powerade, ect) helps, but you also need a good dose of B-Complex vitamins. You body uses them up metabolizing the alcohol, hence the crappy feeling. If you got a hangover, these will help, but honestly it's better to hydrate and dose up before you go tie a good one on. Really! 'cause that way you can eat whatever the hell you feel like without worrying if it will help or hurt your hangover. Oh, and stay away from sugars when drinking to avoid hangovers. If you drink mixers, use diet soda. If you drink frozens, you're screwed. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  3. Not to worry Dancia is fading. It's now Roberta Mancino 60.5% The problem is that, fading or not, a lot of NASCAR fans will vote for her as "one of us", in the same way that we vote fro RM. Hopefully, there are a lot of NASCAR fans that don't read Mens Fitness. I saw Amanda Beard on tv the other night. Just wild all over.
  4. Like you usually not asking for them dear, I usually don't give them, but this is another story. Lots of from me, and I wanted to let you know your entire family is in my prayers. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  5. Figures! With my new job, I work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (nights). Looks like I'm not gonna make it back this year, Chris. Work on building it back up, and when you can stretch it to a week again, let me know. I'll be good for some mid-week nig-noggery. It's your life, live it! 6. He is correct. Two year lead time would be good. Get Perris to bring the JET. Sadly, I have to agree here. I really, really miss working the Convention, and really, REALLY look forward to it returning, but like a few others, I think it might be too late already for an '08 event to be feasible. A better idea would be to announce that there WILL be an '09 event, and start promoting it (as well as finding more unique, new things to present at it) NOW! Miss ya, Beth! It's your life, live it! 7. All Hail Lisa. All Hail The Rack. All Hail Lisa. All Hail The Rack. Congrats Lisa. 3 more years and your Inner Skydiver can finally drink! Yes, Monkey, Lisa is an Elder, but she's far from elderly, isn't she? Hey Lisa, pull and flare

  10. I'm a super happy drunk. It seems the more I drink, the happier I get, right to the pass out/black out stage. I have been a mean drunk though, but it certainly wasn't the alcohol. It was a direct reaction to another mean drunk. I'm a very passive guy, and normally just turn and walk away from agressive behavior, but add alcohol, as some have found out, and I'm no longer passive. Sober I have what amounts to a fuse of infinite length. That fuse shortens with alcohol. I'm still not agressive, but will retaliate to agression much more readily when "totally lit." 11. I agree. many ladies look stunning in glasses, and Rosa aka Vanillaskygirl, though she does look incredible without glasses, looks even better with them.

  13. Anything Canon 5mp and up will be good for you, Cora. Also, I had an HP Photosmart (415 model, I think) It was just a 5.1mp, but damn, I was impressed with the quality photos it produced! So good, in fact, that I hope the theif that has it now is getting his/her money's worth. Shari, 7.1 might be considered 35mm quality at standard picture size, like 3x5 or 4x6, but the actual quality isn't even close. The new Canon EOS 5d is 12.8mp with a full frame sensor (the sensor is the same size as 35mm film) and even it isn't quite at film quality, but it's damn close. Like I said, Cora, andthing Canon at 5.1 or better you will be happy with but a worthy note, make sure you get a camera with optical zoom. Those with digital zoom only have lower quality glass with the end result being apicture you won't be happy with. It's your life, live it! 14. Uh huh! I've had 2 jumps for quite some time now. My C number is accurate though. It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out... Anyway, I got crap about the numbers A LOT when i first did it. I told them simply I will always have 2 jumps. My first, and my most recent. Some day, hopefully a looooong time from now I'll still have 2 jumps, but they will represent my first and last, though that last one I'll be present only in spirit and dust. It's your life, live it! 18. Since billing goes by radio id#, I'm willing to bet yours was promotional. You know, like a dealers unit that is used in a showroom? Anyway, there shouldn't be a bill, but there most likely will be an activation fee. For a couple hundred you can take the lifetime option, pay once, and never have to pay again... 19. Most people wouldn't call my '66 Buick Special a Muscle Car either back then, and I would agree with them. It was more of a sleeper. 310 Wildcat, 2 speed powerglide, it embarassed many drivers, especially with 4 doors. It was fast, light, and handled great. It consistently beat Firebirds and Camaros with a distinct weight advantage, and depending on how good the other drivers were, would give mopars and mustangs a run for their money. But it wasn't a Muscle Car. I even see the Super Bee stripe and sticker on some new Chargers too. Super Bee was on a Coronet base. It's your life, live it! 21. Yup, it was marketed as a grocery getter (where the hell you gonna put the bags?) but insurance considered, and to some extent still considers it a sports car. 84 when just the 4 cyl was available, you probably could have got away with it, but when 85, with the V6 and "GT" plates (read my rant above) rolled into the showrooms the insurance went through the roof. Well, the 84 model engine fires didn't help matters any... It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  22. Not knocking what the car can do, but growing up with Classic Mopars, well, you know, it's a F-O-U-R D-O-O-R! True muscle cars fans from that era liken this to Chevrolet coming out with the Brand New, Improved 4 door Corvette, or Ford making the announcement that the Mustang, beginning in 2010 will be available in 4 door only. It just ain't right. I'm sure the car is great, but if you're going to revive a muscle car name plate, by god put it on a muscle car! I mean, geez, even the Stratus R/T is (was?) available in a 2 door! Now the Challenger...... Droooooolllllll..... SRT8 2 DOOR Retro done right. Nice! It's your life, live it! 23. Fiero's in general are a fun car! The GT moniker was just that, a label. It got you cool looking rims (honeycomb) and some ground effects. The drivetrain and suspension were exacty the same as any of the 2m6 SE's. In fact, it's been a looooong time since any automaker has made a "true" GT. Hell, look at Dodge with the Charger. I'm sorry, but the Charger in a 4-door is NOT a Charger. It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  24. Wow, I've had 8. Ok, actually, 8 of the same variant. Ok, only 2 of those 8 were the named model year. 1984 Fiero. I've had 8 Fiero's (still have one) and 2 of those 8 were 1984 models. I do agree that 84 was the worst year, but the fact is it's a love/hate car. You either love it, or you hate it. My current one is an 86, and I'm looking at 2 more 87's. Never owned an 88 (last year produced) since it went through a major overhaul for that year, and parts are VERY hard to find. It's your life, live it!
