So I've looked through the forums and I haven't found a thread about creating the perfect drop zone. If you could "create the perfect drop zone" what would it entail? What would it HAVE to have? If you could build a DZ from the ground up how would you run it? What are the MUST-HAVES and HAVE-NOTS? How much would you charge for full-altitude jumps and hop-n-pops? What kind of planes would you fly? Are hot air balloon rides a must? Are swoop ponds necessary? How big should the landing area be? etc I want REAL responses not wonderland answers like, "All jumps should be free! Whee!"
