  1. Can't. Operational security and all. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  2. Yep. Good ol' Adrenaline. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  3. Every breed or species will have some similar quirks alongside the individual's unique personality. That's probably where that feeling is coming from -- you see behaviors in the puppies that remind you of your dog, because you're seeing traits common to the breed. If you get another puppy of that breed, they will have their own unique personality. It's up to you whether you can deal with that or not. If you go with a different breed, you're going to have to re-learn that breed's dialect of mannerisms and body language. That might also be stressful. Either way, you get a fluffy puppy. I'm sure you can deal with it. And if you're shopping around for breeds, Bruce over at the Broomfield airport has a long haired German Shepherd that is quite possibly the coolest dog I've ever met. 4. ffmpeg coughed up a few hairballs on it, but it didn't seem to affect the converted video quality as far as I can tell. ffmpeg is a vital component of every media wizard's toolkit! I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  5. Cool, no problem. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  6. Oh, the FLV is 6MB and converted to x264 lossless MP4 it's 14MB. I think I could actually fit both of them into a single gmail message. IIRC their attachment limit is 25MB per email. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  7. youtube-dl claims to support myspace. I could boot over to Linux and give it a try for you, but if it works there'd still be the issue of how to get it to you. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  8. Coming and going at the same time? I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  9. I think you're severely underestimating how stupid people can be. Severely. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  10. Mom has trouble with avacados and latex. She insists that some doctor told her they're chemically similar. The reaction she describes sounds pretty similar. What's the allergy tablet you take for it? She usually finds that Benedryl provides a good bit of relief if she gets into something she shouldn't have. Down side of that is Benedryl does tend to make her pretty drowsy, so she's pretty much out for the rest of the day after that. She's a severe caffeine addict though. She's seemed like she's been allergic to a lot of things over the years, but I wonder if it might not all just trace back to that. I don't think she's ever been tested for it. I've never actually heard of anyone being allergic to coffee before. Congratulations on being the first. Do you know if it's caffeine in general or something else in coffee? Because you could have a promising career as a Red Bull spokesperson. Just sayin'... sometimes you gotta play the hand you're dealt! I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. 11. This seems like a very roundabout way for her donors to give Mile Hi a hundred grand or so. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  12. And oddly, nice day winter hours, Monday-Thursday. Funny how that works... I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  13. Florida wasn't a bad place to live, sos long as you don't mind getting hit by a hurricane every few years and weed not being legal there (They'll smoke it anyway.) Helps to have a backup generator and a neighborhood without a HOA (Avoid the condo crabs like the plague!) I do remember getting pretty badly screwed over on my licence plates, but Colorado's not much better about that. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. 14. Espresso, condensed milk and Jose Cuervo Cinnamon Tequila work pretty well. I'm going to try that with Gentleman Jack on of these days, too. Edit: Quote Fail I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  15. No need to sell your soul, as long as you currently have both kidneys! I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  16. Hey, they always ask me if I'm getting out early, and I always tell them that it's my policy to avoid exiting aircraft in which there is a pretty good probability of getting sucked into an engine on your way down! I'll tell you what, though, after a couple years of jump planes, coach is pretty nice. I'm like "You mean I get cushions AND I don't have to be jammed into a random wingsuiter's crotch on the climb to altitude?" (The wingsuiter said you have to, or the plane will not be loaded correctly and go crashing into the ground.) I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. 17. Arrr! I got the coffee monkey on me back! If you're going to do it anyway, this is by far the best coffee I've ever had. I order it by the kilogram and it usually sets me back about $60. Last time I ordered some, they didn't have any on hand and roasted a batch up for me the day before I picked it up. Yum! I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  18. What'ever you're concocting there is probably worse than just going to the dentist. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  19. I did that once. Two weeks of the worst headaches I've ever had, occasional narcolepsy and nightmares. Felt great for a few months until I had to stay up late one night and got the coffee monkey back on my back. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  20. That's not their department. The only place anyone would even know there's an AAD there would be the TSA checkpoint, and all the TSA guys I ran into were quite familiar with the layout of a skydiving rig. The AAD I had in there wasn't a problem for them at all. They just swabbed it down for explosives and I was through the security checkpoint in a jiffy. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  21. Yeah that screwed me up early on, too. Dude was putting weights on and I was like "But... But... Galileo..." Although it doesn't so much touch on that exactly, I really like this talk on the subject. You don't even need to fill in your own bits about wind resistance et al. This pretty much covers the rest. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  22. Bleh, not many guys from MASH left. I always seem to feel the ones from MASH, Gilligan's Island and Happy Days the most. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  23. Just modify your (presumably google news) settings so your news feeder doesn't give you anything from their site. Interestingly, the MOAB hosts based adblocker I installed on my phone isn't detected by their software, but I don't see any ads on their site, either. My paranoid web browser setup (adblocker, scriptblocker and ghostery) shows me an empty page when I go to their site. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  24. Central Florida. We've been in a heat wave all month! It's been awful and it makes me sad to be cheated out of being able to wear pants. Wow, damn. With the 20 degree days since I got back to Colorado, I'm already ready to head to Phoenix again. They're in the weather sweet spot right now, I guess. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
  25. Gah! Where are you? I was in Phoenix last week and it barely broke 70 all week! Clouds and wind screwed up the skydiving, but I still got more jumps in than I would have in Longmont. I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
