  1. Thanks for the tips folks. Thought best to double check in case Hopefully can get some good experience out of it. Cheers
  2. Howdy DZ.com posters, Thought best to test the water here first. I'm currently doing the static line training course (currently on dummy pulls, 6 jumps done) and am planning to do a tandem jump in Las Vegas in a few weeks. My question is - is it acceptable code / etiquette to ask them if they can make my tandem a bit more of a training jump as it's not simply a tick on a bucket list? I'm not entirely sure how they would accommodate this, but any words of wisdom would be appreciated :) Cheers!
  3. Degree in Event Management and now work as an Event Manager - kinda worked out well...
  4. Heading up to Strathallan for my first trip of the year tomorrow. Haven't jumped since October so looking forward to it!
  5. Good post! Have a great New Year :-)
  6. Given I'm very new to the sport my answers may be different from the veterans but here goes: 1)Whats your personal motivation behind jumping out of an airplane. There's something quite un-natural and rebellious about it that I like. People don't belong in the sky. Also - it's mega fun! 2) What factor does adrenaline in YOUR own skydives. Definitely feel it more afterwards - that said I've not experienced freefall yet as I'm a noob! 3)What factor does pushing your skills to the next level play in your time in the sky It's good to have a goal to aim for, in my case it's currently aiming for my A licence.
