  1. I was visiting Colorado to see my ladies family and figured why not make a jump while out in Colorado. I looked up all the different places to jump and so forth. I only called this place and the lady that answered was awful! She sounded like she was smacking on some gum, which I personally can't stand, I asked about the lift ticket $20 to 11,000 feet, which I thought was AGL and she laughed at me and with an attitude told me no and I don't know where you get that from and told me they only go to 9,000 ft. I asked her was that AGL and she had no clue what AGL was! So then she proceeded to ask me how many jumps I have and I told her 500+ and then she asked me if I had my own gear, well duh, I do. I was just appalled with the treatment I got on the phone with these YAHOO's and just figured it was safest to NOT spend any money at this place. I see why they aren't USPA certified! And they say they like military members? I don't see how they would have even known I was active military because they were so rude we didn't even get that far to discuss it! And by their website, I can see a bunch unsafe dirty people working here that say they are a dropzone! I hope FAA will come down on them, oh wait, didn't someone tandem student die here April 1, 2012?
