By the time you actually get to jump you are so irritated you do not even want to jump anymore. My family went last year and had reservations for 8:30 am on a Saturday. The office was so unorganized and did not honor our reservation, we did not get to jump at all that day, they closed before we got the chance. They were not even going to refund our money until we complained so much they finally gave it back. I went last weekend with Ohio State and 80 other students and once again they were so unorganized AND they were open to the public. They ignored all of the students and allowed all of the people from the public to go first. We waited around all day and they had to stay open later because we had not all gotten to jump. Horrible experience even though the tandem masters are so nice. Maybe if the front office staff had a clue it would be a better experience for everyone.
