I jump a Paratec RAGE, 107 sqft/WL 1.9 on all of my jumps (solo - 400way). Why - because I trust it/it opens on heading independant from the packer/I am comfortabe flying it with the risers immediately upon opening. And I am comfortable landing it also downwind/in unknown territory after a bad spot (like a rice paddy in Thailand in the middle of nowhere). I guess that the main issue with not signing up are the hotel rooms in the Hadthong Hotel at Prachuap. I have talked to L&B about that just some weeks ago. The reffered to Paralog as the SW to be used if you have a MAC. They currently do not plan to issue a MAC version of JumpTrack. As my question was related to the ProTrack+JumpTrack I do not know if the Paralog is supporting the AltiTrack device. M. vSCR No.94 Don't dream your life - live your dream!

Hi all, Haven't found the right answer in the search so far. Our videograper uses a PAL camera. Heading to the U.S. the question is te following: What setup is necessary to play it on an U.S. NTSC TV? (Out of different reasons, converting it on a Laptop/PC is not an option.) Generally agreed with some remarks: Agreed, however, if it is someone's first time to post an incident, he might just have forgotten to post all available details. So a little reminder might help. "low-jumpnumber-crowd" as you call them will often make mistakes - be it under canopy or here in a forum. If they call for action where no action is necessary/suitable, why not educating them by explaining the reason behind. That truly is annoying after a certain repetition - just look at it like teaching first-graders. Well, there's nothing to argue here. That again is the "teaching first-graders"-category. A lot of people just do not use search (including myself sometimes) and - hopefully - a lot of new folks sign up here all the time. So, the question that has been asked and answered a thousand times is a new one for them. Maybe they are even thinking "Hey, I got a contribution here, that noone ever has probably thought about". Depending on my mood, I sometimes would love to deny them to ever post here again . On the other hand, in most times it's better (and more educating) to take a deep breath - relax - and answer again to a question that has been asked a trazillion times before. Regarding the Perris Jet: Hope all the paperwork and mechanical stuff will wok out fine and it will be up in the air sometime soon. Fuel prices: I wish! Gas is $4.53 to $4.69 a gallon where I'm at! I'm afraid that by the end of 08, we won't be skydiving much. $5.11 per gallon in Canada. (it was $1.35 per litre last weekend). this is getting ridiculous!
