  1. Where are you going to be jumping in MA? I went on my own for AFF, too, you just have to go. I'm glad I went on my own, it forced me to be more social and I've met some great friends.
  2. ... you start watching superhero movies and start critiquing their body positions during flight... out loud
  3. New here, but not new to the stresses of being reserved and shy and trying to flirt with someone I like. Basically, I turn into a jelly and want to clam up when I try to flirt, but I've found, like other people have suggested, if you ask about the other person and react to things they are saying with more than mmhmms and ahhhs it works out pretty well. You don't need to make innuendo jokes or throw yourself on them, paying attention with good eye contact usually does the trick. Also smiling doesn't hurt and when you become more comfortable absolutely brush their arm or something to that effect. Just don't lie or fake interest in something, being genuinely you will attract not only someone you like, but someone who actually likes who you are. Hope that was useful
  4. Thanks! I'll make sure to relax, anything to help the jump.
  5. I did two tandems last year to solidify my desire to jump on my own (been thinking about it for years) and am happy to say I am now enrolled in an AFF jump camp the first weekend April and can't wait! I'm also nervous, but trying to be more excited than nervous. So, now that I sound like a hyper excited puppy, hello!
