  1. I want to congratulate all the canopy pilots on the great decisions made in the area of safety. I witnessed not one person pushing beyond their limits to make the gates with the various wind conditions that were present. For the most improved pilot based on this meets performance form previous years would have to go to Bryan Jones. He made gates all 6 rounds and placed 2 in distance. Nice job! Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  2. I'll be there early. The feild is being mowed in the morning. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"

  8. In comparison to the canopies in the pics it looks very wide. 50+ ft. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  9. I'll be there both days. California doesn't have a receipt for the weather so no returns. Take it back south! Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  10. With the crazy exits I seen you do so far you should invest in an AAD. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  11. I only have 11 jumps on a vision 132. It opened soft and on heading every time. It seems to have light riser pressure. It doesn't build up like some of the other canopies I have jumped. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  12. I have 2 Cobalt 135's. The openings on the canopys are totally different on each canopy. One has sweet smooth openings and the other starts smooth on the first stage then brisk on the second stage. Passed the openings the canopys are awesome in flight. Demo one, I diffenently recommend the Cobalt. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  13. I thought you had it fiqured out? Having last minute doubts? Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  14. Are Dave or Deb going to Elsinore for 4 way? Are is this just training for your 8 way stuff? Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
  15. I have one on every jump. I haven't had the need for it yet. Murphy's Law- The one time I forget it will be that day. Tom Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely and in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy sh1t...what a ride!"
