  1. Well, I also do a 30 mile bicycle ride on alternate days, but my proximity to other people is measured in seconds. I wear a mask, and find it is handy for eliminating the need for sunblock on the face, and also prevents windchill on fast descents. The downside is at <60F, it results in fogging up my sunglasses, dammit.
  2. Initially, in 2016, I thought there was a high probability that Trump was putting on an act. Nobody could be that big of a buffoon, right? But then I read an article by Tony Schwartz, (the real author of "The Art of the Deal"). The article was a warning that Trump really was exactly what he appeared.
  3. Won't anyone show sympathy for poor Joe Exotic who was left standing there with his dick in his hand? :-( https://www.cbsnews.com/news/joe-exotic-no-trump-pardon-tiger-king-zoo/
  4. I think I may have solved the problem with my battery draining; I looked at the report on battery usage and 98% was "Exposure Notifications". It was around the time 14.3 came out that the state of CO encouraged everyone to enable that, and I did. I just turned that off as well as Bluetooth. My current "socializing" consists of an early morning trip to the grocery once/week when it is nearly empty, so I'm not too worried.
  5. Damn! It's true! https://authentictrumppardons.com
  6. U.S. court deals final blow to Trump EPA's clean power rule replacement https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-climate-powerplants/u-s-court-deals-final-blow-to-trump-epas-clean-power-rule-replacement-idUSKBN29O2BO The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decided unanimously to toss the Environmental Protection Agency’s Affordable Clean Energy rule, which constrained how carbon emissions from power plants are regulated, and remanded it to the agency, which will prioritize climate change under the incoming administration of President-elect Joe Biden. The decision to strike down the rule was made by a three-judge panel comprised of two Democratic appointees and one Trump-appointed judge.
  7. Well, judging by the obscene PM he just sent me, I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt way too long. I never had a need to also block PMs from a user before.
  8. So the fact they are the first two mRNA vaccines doesn't even enter into it, eh?
  9. The first time I heard the term "chin diaper" was in an episode of South Park, and it did not mean just a mask, but a mask improperly worn down around the chin, instead of across the nose and mouth.
  10. Don't worry; They will notify you when yours is ready. ;-)

  13. So you are saying: All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.
  14. I saw my iPhone suddenly needing recharging more frequently, but since it just turned 3 years old a couple months ago, I was not surprised. (My previous phones battery died at 3 years). However, I recently saw discussion elsewhere that it might be related to an iOS update, which I had not even considered.
