I just did 130 video jumps training camp with my new Vector, no problems.

I love my 5D :-)

Just finished the Flight-1 camp here in DeLand. There were 12 of us, from 30 to 2500 jumps. We were all taken very good care of by the Flight-1 guys and got individual coaching, video and debrief of every landing. I'm going to practise my new skills and then come back for more !! :-)

***ASA 200 & Tv @ 1/500th will get you started for freefall. White balance, for outdoors, you should select the Sunlight setting. NEVER choose the auto white balance setting. Always choose the appropriate setting yourself. *** Hmm... Lot's of usefull info... I'm using a D60 myself and learned a lot from Craig O'Brien when I worked with him at the Thai Sky Festival. I use the Tv and 1/500th, but why do you use 200 ASA ? I saw Craig using manual White Balance too, I'm going to give that a try. Really LOVE my Sigma 15mm Fisheye and I want to try the Sigma 14mm Aspherical(non-curving) too. Thank's for the usefull info ! :-)

I'm using Canon D60 and a Canon S 900 printer with Canon Photo Paper Pro. VERY good, full size prints looks just like pro developer. Canon will release new version of S 900 in a month or so, called i950. Trond

Hi guys ! Just wondering how you have set up your Flat-Top / D60 systems. I have a TRV-900, a D60 and a PC-7 for backup video at competitions. My Flat-Top has the extended baseplate. I'm thinking about buying 3 or 4 Velbon QRA-635 to make the system flexible and easy to reconfigure, but it's an expensive solution ($129-$172++). One possible solution is mounting 3 QR's side by side and a fourth QR sideways in front off QR 1 and 2. 1. Use QR 2 (center) for the TRV-900 when I do video only. 2. Use QR 1 & 3 for TRV-900 and PC-7. 3. Use sideways QR for D60 and QR 3 for PC-7 when I do photo. What do you think ?

Where did you D60 guys get your remote trig connector (N3) ?? Did you buy the $90 remote and cut it off ? Have my D60 now, shot some at the World Cup (only on the ground) and can't wait to mount it on my helmet.. Regards, Trond

D60 ??? Now I am jealous too Please tell me (us) what you think about the camera ! I guess I'm not the only one on this forum that wants one What lens are you going to use ? What CF card do you have ? I'm thinking about buying one for the 2002 World Cup in Spain.
