  1. I had Paul as my first instructor and I felt completely and totally safe. He was fun but yet professional at the same time. We had a party of 6 and were able to go in the same plane and everything. All I can say is I'm hooked. It was the most intensely spiritual experience I've ever had! Then I took a group of 9 up but the weather grounded us; we rescheduled two more times and on the third try (yesterday, 10/7) we were able to go but only my daughter (who is 22) and her boyfriend were able to make this last trip (I practically forced her to come). This time I had Lonnie and he was a blast! It was again a great experience but this time, because I had an idea of what to expect, I was able to pay attention more to a few things Lonnie was informing me on and teaching (like how to control turning in the freefall and a few other tidbits of info). My daughter had a great time with Dan P and Gregory had a good experience also (I'm thinking David something was her TI). I'm ready to go to the next level but unfortunately I am a little late in the year and will have to wait until May. I wish the airfield was closer but I'm thinking of just staying for a few days next year to do my 8 AFF jumps in a few days time, instead of driving back up there so much. I work and am in a nurse practitioner program full time at UK so every bit of time I can scrape off is good. I love it there! Cheryl Marrs
