  1. We took our 60 year old husbands for jumps and ended up waiting an hour and a half between weather delays and customer delays. No one offered any one water or an apology for the delays. I left and found a place to buy local cider and brought it back to the picnic area and was immediately told this is a place of business and alcohol is verboten. So we wives ventured to the front of the building and found a step to perch on while we waited and drank a cider. Next thing we knew another employee came at us with "you can't drink in front of here, this is a business ...." I mean really, 2 60 year old women sipping apple cider while we wait on our husbands to jump, sitting on the front stairs is going to hurt your image??? Frankly, I'll send people to Las Vegas for their jumping, your team was way to uptight and disrespectful of our time and circumstances. They are no more than a jump operation and have a lot to learn about customer service and skillful communication.
