If their magical spaghetti monster did exist and there was life after death they would find their messiah waiting at the pearly gates to throw them out of the kingdom for being such terrible hateful people. The Jesus depicted in the bible accepted prostitutes and outcasts, and wasn't afraid to beat the asses of hypocrites on the temple steps. Most of you "religious" folks wouldn't stand a chance.

You seem to indicate that the pic is perfect and agreed upon by everyone, which it’s not. But I do agree it’s probably close and the best we have. However, there are 302s that indicate the face was too narrowly or the nose not wide enough. Same logic using Mitchell’s comment about the saggy chin. If we are only using the pic then where are Mitchell’s comments? I can’t find “thick” anywhere without getting to a desktop. Anyhow, here is Smith as a young man with his right side of his lip casting a shadow. And as an older guy maybe in his 30s with same lip issues and odd skin under his right chin and neck. Pants pulled up, looking kind of geeky unfortunately. He seems like a plain average guy, on the shy side, would not pass for a tough guy. Some of the minions and naysayers like to discount Smith, but his characteristics do fit quite a bit. I don’t have an issue with disagreement from the experts in that none of us agree on suspects and rarely will you find any of us touting someone else’s suspect. It just does not happen in the case.

I am grumpy because I am being pressured to unnecessarily publicly disclose my research... I have been collecting this stuff for 6 years and initially disclosed it as I went but was completely trashed for posting facts.. I stopped for several reasons. I have exclusive Cooper stuff as well. It probably doesn't make sense now but releasing info will undermine my ability to advance this case... it jeopardizes my ability to get more information. I am on the 1 yard line 4th down and every time you guys bring up H I feel like I am penalized 10 yards. I have much more info than everyone and that has given me completely different perspective. I can't discuss things adequately without disclosing my info and disclosing info undermines my research... a catch 22. As a lawyer, is it smart to disclose your case before you get to court? The problem with Hahneman isn't his lips or his height... it is something else that I am trying to resolve. Something that has three capital letters.

Wanted to de-lurk to add that Hahneman stood 5' 9" according to his 1942 draft card. (In 1946 he's down to 5' 8".) That seems to be a little short for Cooper who was reportedly 5' 10" to 6" tall according to the witnesses. Judging from the composites, the real Cooper seems to have had an underbite perhaps causing his pouty lower lip. The medical term is class 3 malocclusion, which would have required braces or orthodontic surgery to correct.

Not to spoil the party but I've hired a lot of lawyers and have had to deal with opposing lawyers too many times. Never once have I been in court or sat for a deposition and wished I'd brought my plumber instead. My experience tells me that most people hate lawyers because they really don't know what lawyers do. They aren't mind readers and they don't need new friends. Yes, they'll listen to your sad story and patiently wait until you are through emoting but all of that will be on the bill you think is outrageous. Instead, learn about the law as it applies to your situation before you sit down at your meeting. Treat it like an advanced class and show up with a paginated notebook with as many of the appropriate documents you could find that you have also read and tried to understand. (I always send that notebook in advance so the meeting is efficient and focused) Be prepared to hear what you do not want to hear and above all else be prepared to do what you are told to do. If you don't like what you hear try another attorney but no matter that's the way it works.

A few years prior to this mess,, another jumper from Lodi was caught signing off multiple students without any ratings. He was "disciplined" by USPA by being allowed to get an AFF rating. Consistency and transparency are top of the list when one thinks of USPA. /s

We are running a 2023 SANSFormation World Record event again this year!! Join us March 23-26 2023 at Skydive Sebastian, in Sebastian, FL. Following up on the success of our inaugural Big Way SANSFormation camp in February 2022, we are going to do it again this year, but bigger and better!! Last year we ended up sending two planes on the last day sending up to 29 jumpers over three loads, resulting in a SANS World Record of 21 that stands to this day! We have every intention of crushing that this year!! This time around will be a dedicated event aimed at refining our big way formation and naked flying skills over four days, ideally breaking previous records several times. This is not for the naked skydiver dabbler, we will be having fun but working hard and dedicating ourselves to improving our skills breaking the record, and making SANS jumping even more EPIC!! Here is the current plan: March 23rd (Thursday) Intros and opening brief Break down into skill groups based off prior experience and ability Work with groups and refine positions based off progress during practice jumps End of day debriefs and happy hour March 24th (Friday) Continued practice jumping Bring groups together and move positions based on current progress End of day debriefs March 25th (Saturday) Final selection for record attempts Non-selected members continue to practice Add jumpers to jumps as we progress End of day debriefs Group dinner (Tacos) and drinks March 26th (Sunday) Continue to grow and build our formation size as we break the record further!! Celebration party Important: Just because you come to this event does not guarantee you will be on the record jumps, this is dependent on your skills and progress and ability to safely fly in a large formation. The goal of the camp is not only to break the world record but to develop more skilled SANS skydivers, big way jumpers, and help our SANS members learn how to mentor each other. We have not set a jump number requirement, but we recommend you have excellent belly skills, experience naked skydiving, and flying in larger formations (ideally 10 or more).
