That is true, just as drunk or not, you can kill someone with your car. Still, if your goal is to NOT kill anyone with your car, avoiding drunk driving is the hot ticket. Getting vaccinated significantly reduces your odds of spreading COVID. So does masking. So does distancing. So does testing. If, using all those things, Re gets below 1, the pandemic is over.
