2 pointsHi Will, And, at this point in time ( I sent my ballot in yesterday ), I doubt that it will make much more difference than that 'one undecided.' IMO, this is Game Over. Trump is in full panic mode; whatever he comes up with next will just be crazier that the last thing he tried, all to no avail. He can share a flat with Snowden in Moscow. Jerry Baumchen

2 pointsIf a genie showed up and said I got to pick between guaranteeing a Biden win but Mitch remaining, or another Trump term but Mitch turfed forever, another 4 years could look like a reasonable sacrifice.

1 point"It’s tempting to use the analogy of rats fleeing a sinking ship to describe the growing number of Republican elected officials starting to speak out against Donald Trump. But that’s really not fair to rats, who tend not to be complicit in driving ships to the bottom of the sea." — Dan Rather (@DanRather) October 17, 2020

1 pointThe weird thing is I don't think that would be a lot better. I just want these people to do their jobs properly - governing for the American people rather than their particular party or ideology.

1 pointSometimes the mistakes of ones friends or associates are understandable, while the exact same mistakes (or even more neutral actions) from ones enemy or “other” are stupid and unconscionable. Moving goalposts, mote in someone else’s eye, whatever. No one is immune to that, but if you’re raised with a reliance on your own judgment, and with a feeling that questioning yourself is a sign of weakness, then i think it happens more easily. Questioning ones self isn’t weak; there are always questions, and accepting and addressing them is honest. Wendy P.

1 pointNo worries, I'm sure you're the best choice for your new slot. But in case you fuck it up skydiver style I'll keep something open.

1 pointBig deal. Polls measure voter intentions. Elections measure the votes that are allowed to be counted. There will be no D senator from GA or D electoral college votes. That is not the GA way. https://www.npr.org/2020/10/17/924527679/why-do-nonwhite-georgia-voters-have-to-wait-in-line-for-hours-too-few-polling-pl

1 pointMeh, since "Q" entered the mainstream lexicon, all the cool kids around here have moved on to "R".

1 pointElectric aircraft can also have something like regenerative braking for cars, and recover some energy on the descent, reducing the recharge needed between lifts and reducing total fuel cost even further. Regular engines can't do that. The charging time is still a problem for quick turnarounds common in skydiving, but battery tech is improving quickly.

1 pointI was supper excited about this altimeter as it had everything I wanted. Unfortunately, my experience with it has been horrible. I've had this for over 1 yr now the NMU is still not working (PC and MAC), and poor battery life. The costumer service is very poor. I have called and sent them numerous e-mails with no responses. Would not suggest this Altimeter or company to anybody. Will not buy from them again.
