Well, Moe Rocca (on WWDTM) found out what Pence's inner monologue was during that part of the debate:

They aren't, one of the reasons you love Trump so much is because he isn't following the presidential standards, expectations or decorum. You yourself hold Trump to much lower standards than any previous president and likely future presidents. You find his crassness endearing, it shows he is not part of the liberal elite and "one of us". You are very selective in when you are demanding equity in standards. Actually, you are only demanding it when you perceive it to be in your favour. Otherwise you dismiss it as snowflakes who want to force political correctness. If you and your ilk upheld standards, Trump would never have even made it through primaries. If the last 4 years have shown anything, republicans have no standards. Evangelicals that prop up your party have no standards. You stand for nothing. The only thing that is cared about is: what is in it for me. All that to say that Twitter likely would treat them the same, if anything they are likely giving Trump benefit over anything else. I know you don't believe that, but just look at twitter removing death wishes regarding Trump, but they didn't do that when your fine countrymen wished visible minority senators dead.

Westerly, overwhelming people with sheer volume of ignorance is not an effective trolling technique. Where's the subtlety?? To be a good troll, you need to get people to respond, right? In that post, there's just too much for anyone to even know where to start with a response. We all know you can do better than that.
