We allow users the ability to follow both topics and threads.
When a topic or thread is followed, you will be presented with several options on how you'd like to follow the content. You can choose to either receive notifications on threads and topics. Whether you'd prefer to receive individually each time content is posted, or a summary of activity for a specific period.
You also have the ability to not receive updates on new posts in areas that you follow.
