The Tetris is the next generation competition jumpsuit from Michigan Suits. The Tetris has been wind-tunnel tested for thousands of hours by the Golden Knights who put their suits through between 50 to 100 hours of wind tunnel time per training season. These are the kind of competitors that put their suit on in the morning and don't take it off 'til sunset. Making 10-15 jumps a day, 800-1000 jumps a season.

Fit and finish
I haven't found any yet

Just received my new Michigan Tetris suit. This is the third Michigan suit I have owned. I bought another popular major brand suit before this one and its doesn't even compare. The quality of the stitching, material, zippers and snaps is excellent!

I would have liked to have a magnet option(instead of velcro) for the zipper cover

I'm a novice 4-Way junkie with a passion for relative work. I have a Tetris suit with padded booties. I've been wearing Mike's suit since January and I'm super stoked I went with Michigan Suits over the other leading RW suit manufacturer. Here's what I love about it: Fits me like a glove; the booties are as big(if not bigger) than any other manufacturer's booties; the booties also have the "padded" option; which makes them more rigid and very powerful; grippers are massive w/ remarkably deep pockets; the design of the shoe portion of the bootie is such that I've never lost a bootie in the sky and I fly outside center; my suit was inexpensive for the amount of options that came with it; and the production turn around was faster than I expected(note: I ordered during the middle of the off season).

Of all the RW suits out there, this one will always have my vote. And yes, it's all about the booties for me, apparently.

Absolutely GREAT service
None

I started skydiving in 1970 but I've been out of the sport for more than 20 years. I decided I needed to buy a top quality, custom made jumpsuit. After lots of research (I manage a 1200 server, nation-wide IT network -- I live by research), I picked the Michigan Tetris suit. I went to the website and ordered exactly what I thought I needed (note that price is important to me). Almost immediately, I received a note from Mike stating that he had looked at my measurements and concluded that I didn't need part of what I ordered -- he said he had already reduced the price to make the change. When he was making my suit, he sent me a text and asked if the measurement I sent him (a specific measurement) was really accurate and asked that I measure again (I did, he was right, my measurement was off). A bit later, he sent me a text and asked if I wanted some additions (at no cost) for specific colors and components, I agreed with some minor changes and he continued work. I took delivery yesterday -- it's extremely well made, it fits great, it looks great, it was delivered on-time, it's exactly as I expected and more! I never expected to communicate directly with Mike, but I did. This felt more like having a friend make something for me rather than some anonomous vendor. I can't say enough good things about my new Tetris, about the process, and about Mike personally. Mike: THANKS FOR MAKING ME A GREAT JUMPSUIT!!!

Construction, fit, Mike's wisdom
None

Back to skydiving after a 20 year layoff and getting my gear back together. I reviewed the jumpsuits available & talked to different jumpsuit owners at the DZ and Michigan Suits was at the top. I called to ask a question about the suit and Mike answered the phone, after giving him some background he was dialed in on what I was looking for and spent as much time as I needed getting up to speed with current jumpsuit design. I'm an Aerospace Engineer so I can be a "little" details orientated, Mike's ability to express his expertise in jumpsuit design made buying the Tetris a home run.

The suit arrived on time and way above my expectations. Fit is perfect, and after one shakeout jump (my first with booties) I flew it for a smooth #5 dock on an SCR dive. Awesome suit Mike, thank you!

Gripper design, the booties are by far the best in the market
Absolutely none

I have put 600 4-way jumps and 20+ hours of tunnel on my suit and it still looks and performs like new. I did have the grippers replaced on my left side due to the abuse from my piece partner after 500 jumps and 20 hours of tunnel. The fabric and seams are still in very good condition and I wash my jump suit 2-3 times a month due to the Texas heat. I have had the other top 2 RW jump suits over the years and Michigan is the best in quality, value and customer service. In my opinion the first thing to look for when choosing an RW suit is durability. The second is the booties and Michigan makes the best by far. They are big and padded ($20 option) which means they are very powerful. They have a shoe sole so you don't even have to deal with shoe goo. I did glue some wing walk (non-slip) tape to the inside. This made the sole stick to my shoe so my booty will not come off when my shoes are wet (from dew on the grass)and I am pushing out from the inside of the plane.

The booties help me keep a better body position.
NO CONS!

Mike with Michigan Suits is the BEST! He made me a beautiful suit that fits better than i could have hoped for! It's a well made suit and perfectly talored to fit me. I love the detail in the flames design. I feel the booties help my body position when skydiving which is what i wanted the suit for. This suit exceeded my expectations of greatness by far! Need I say more...I'm a VERY happy customer. Thank you Mike!

Price, Quality, Customer Service
Bootie fit

I ordered a Tetris form Mike at the end of last season. He quickly replied and made sure he understood everything I wanted and had me double check some measurements he said didn't sound right and turned out to be a little off. I have put about 30 Jumps on the suit everything from 2 way coached jumps to Multi plane formation loads. On every jump the suit has been perfect my only complaint is the booties are a little lose on my toes and occasionally I will lose a bootie on exit. Everything else about the suit is perfect; the grippers are the best I have ever felt with nice big pockets. I would recommend this suit over any other RW suit around.

Well Made,High Quality, Well Fitting, Looks cool!
None

I ordered a "Tetris" Michigan Suit earlier this month upon recommendation from a trusted source and I am very pleased. This suit is well worth it!

The suit was delivered within the promised (a very short) timeframe which was more than can be expected. Thank you Mike!

The suit is high quality and assembled well. Every stitch is in place and there was no stray stings hanging out as is common on new clothing. The construction and assembly of Michigan Suits are priority and it shows in the final product. High quality.

My suit has booties as i have short legs and it has helped tremendously. I am able to fly to my potential now thanks to the Michigan Suit.

The rubber on the bottom of the booties and the extra strap across the bottom of the foot are excellent design components which I have not seen on other suits.

I would recommend a Michagan Suit to anyone without hesitation and will give them my business again in the future.

Tough, Excellent Service, Responsive Suit
None

I was told to get a Tetris from a buddy who's been competing in RW for many years. He was right. My suit is bombproof, very responsive and service was just awesome. Can't wait to try the freefly suit.

I fly the suit; it doesn't fly me!
None

I love my Michigan RW Suit. As a little guy, I still wear lead but not as much. It's great being able to get positive response when I turn! On fun 4-ways I like to fly outside center and set things up for the group. It's nice to feel totally in control and the Michigan Suit has certainly helped. My range is better and tracking is made so much easier.

"Bullet proof" and comes with the options standard
None so far!

I have 2 Testris suits and 1 for a year now. The year old suit has 200+ jumps on it (RW and Tandem). I have had some not so smooth landings and some pretty ugly RW exits. Through all the stressful exits and landings the suit has NO signs of wear or damage. The spandex used is tough and in the right place and amount to allow year round jumping with one suit but many layers of clothes. I spend my money on these as they impress me more than the suits I can get free from work.
