Introducing the second generation of The REvolve!

After great success with the REvolve full face helmet released in 2010, we are thrilled with the completely redesiged of the Rev2. Starting with a high-end vacuum molded carbon fiber composite shell, the Rev2 has eveloeved with features that include a 2mm molded lens (avilable in tinted grey), GoPro mounting options, side mounting options, a two point cutaway system that comes standard, dual audible ports with an audible window and an improved field of vision. The Rev2 offers the same great features that made the REvolve so popular including the unique flip-up feature that allows the entire face to flip open leaving you with high peripheral vision when the helmet is both open and closed and the superb locking mechanism enables the face shield to easily rotate over the top of the helmet with the push of a button, making this helmet the perfect option for freeflying, RW, the wind tunnel - however you choose to fly!

The Rev2 allows you to have an open face and full face helmet in one while giving you the comfort of knowing that you're safe having cameras on your head that you can get rid of in an emergency.

In addition, we designed this helmet to accommodate glasses, large heads and odd shaped noggins!

Comfy, looks cool, whole face visible, no fog, good protection, excellent visibility, easy open / close
Almost none, see below

This is a great helmet.

Comfy. Comes with shims to tighten up the fit. I used them because at first it was kinda trying to slip off my chin if the wind caught it just right, but with the shims it's snug, and it's still comfy.

Looks cool. I look like me! Whole face is visible. I don't look unidentifiable. And you can mouth words and smile.

I haven't had even the first sign of any fog.

No air gets in at all 99% of the time. There's one "face halfway down" angle where some comes in through the gap in the facemask, but it's no problem, and the gap prevents fog, so way worth it.

Good protection. This thing is riot gear. I'm a tunnel flyer these days, and I've observed that the little (and sometimes not so little) impacts to the head are a bit more frequent in the tube. I have definitely hit the glass with it (you know, as a test, I lost control on purpose) and my first thought was, "Wow, that was a pretty solid thump to the head, and it was nothing inside here."

Excellent visibility. Can't even see that I'm wearing a hemlet from inside.

Easy open / close. Ratcheting = easy. I love it. I could one hand it open or closed on the first day.

To be fair and not gush, I did find myself adding a little gaffers tape to where the track comes inside the helmet because it was a hair loose, but that totally fixed the jiggle 100% seemingly forever since that's under the pads.
And I did feel like the facemask was trying to slip off my chin one time, but the shims made it tighter, and even if it did slip off my ching it's not like the helmet would come off. There's a chinstrap in addition to the facemask.
And if you were trying to learn to fly headdown by scootching around and turning on the net, that ratcheting track would seem grabby. You could just gaffers tape over the top and keep it shut though, or do what I did and use a protec for headdown net work until you're off net and then use your sweet expensive full face forevermore.

So - I love it! I have spent money and been disappointed before, but not this time. This is a top shelf helmet.
I'm surprised I don't see more of them in the tunnel.

Easy to use, works flawlessly, comes standard with cutaway, looks great, great view
A little tricky to open

Just got my Rev2 and had 2 jumps in it.
It fits like a dream, it's easy to adjust to my head.

Lots of space between my face and the lense, allowing me to wear sunglasses!
Truly love at first sight!
