Bought the ATLAS a while ago because my instructor from the PD Factory team recommended it.It has now 560 jumps on it. Love it. Much more functionality than other products and easy to use menu system. Lost my micro-usb cable and send them an email. Got an answer within minutes and a new cable for free in the mail some days later.

Lets just be honest.  When you plug any Alti-2 product into a USB into your computer, the OS will never find the correct drivers for it.  Their own website will not give you any troubleshooting tips or driver downloads.  They blame a "3rd party software," Paralog, for any incompatibilities.  Paralog is supposed to connect to Alti-2 products, but it never will.  If you do ever ask for help, the response will be minimal, mostly excuses, and unhelpful in every way.

If this were a $120 altimeter that kinda worked, it would be a great product.  For $300 you can do much better.  Oh, and this one costs $400.

Great idea, poorly implemented
Support (lack thereof)

I originally thought this product was pretty good. The user interface is okay, and the logging seems to be good. But once I started having problems with the computer interface, I discovered that there was virtually NO support. Emails go unanswered, wires get crossed, questions about my problem get asked again...and again...and again...BUT I never seem to get ANSWERS. So, I'm left floundering with a sub-par product that does not meet my needs, and I have nobody to turn to. Such a shame...

Information logging
Software support (firmware updates contains viruses)

I was initially very excited about this product: the information it stores, interfacing with a software... I was just post AFF when I bought it.
Today, my story is rather different. The unit does not always log a jump the way it should: at altitude, the unit shows 13200ft, after the jump, the exit altitude was 3000ft!
There is an issue with the date, but trying to update the firmware (which is supposed to fix this) does not work on a Mac; when trying on a Windows machine, I get a virus warning (Trojan:Win32/Zpevdo.A)!!
What if this unit starts showing the wrong altitude? Bottom line: I've lost my confidence and and support is really really bad.

Easy to read display
lots of bugs, incompatibilities and inconsistent pull readings

I was very disappointed with this product. Spent nearly $400 on this unit. I set the date and time and the unit records a date two years in the past. Tried to follow the instructions to download the driver and install Prologue onto my MacBook. Software doesn't recognize the altimeter when connected. Reading through jumps on the device is tedious yet software doesn't work. Altimeter reading are coming in about 800' lower than actual pull altitudes. Pulled today between 3-4k consistently and in some case the altimeter was recording pull altitudes of 2,200 ft.
