You win the title "Oracle of Ignorance" with this stupid remark. Try flying a Tony suit before running your mouth, huh? Yes, Robi is a genius, but tell me you can't see the influence Tony has brought to the art of wingsuits! He is a genius too in my book, and it seems that many that once mocked the 'mattress' suit are now flying one. We are blessed to have the great innovators we do, and there is no need to make mean spirited remarks like yours about anyone, especially one that has been and continues to be a huge positive influence to wingsuits. Merry Christmas. I hope Santa brings me an X Bird, and you a life. You talking down about suits you have never flown??? Come on.But what do I know? fasted3 0 #9 December 25, 2010 What point, that I'm a diehard Yank Tony fan? Guess what sport, I think PF makes awesome suits and if Santa brought me a Vampire, I'd be a happy guy. My point was that dissing anyone with the balls and brains to make a good wingsuit is kind of stupid, particularly by one that has never even tried one.But what do I know? Sangi: No one is going bankrupt because of that(or any) video . The video is nicely put together. Maybe a bit weighted towards the general population. I liked seeing the full flight path. As it is in the French TV clip(JNo/Robi). http://www.vimeo.com/16726979

voodew1 0 #17 December 26, 2010 Suit pressurization on this video is impressive -- you see slight distortion on the deflector at times but the suits are rigid - impressive flying and risk taking too! And people were amazed when Loic flew down the slope 5 yrs ago........how things change The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

FB1609 0 #20 December 29, 2010 Great footage and flying. The suits look really good, not sure about the huge logos though. I'd have loved to have seen some start to finish footage of the jumps, not edited so much. Inspiring stuff.

DavethePilot 0 #22 January 4, 2011 QuoteSerious wingsuiting porn +100 Amazing! Why does this stuff make me smile so much when I watch it? A question for Jarno, Robi or anyone who can do this...When you are in the weeds like that how much lift do you have available in the suit to dig your way out if you need to? Or are you right at the edge of the suits envelope when you are down there? To have these images in your brain at night, how do you think about anything else? Thanks for sharing with those of us who are unlikely to see this for ourselves. Have a safe and happy New Year, Blue ones!

Or are you right at the edge of the suits envelope when you are down there? If you look for the rear-facing camera angles you can see that the armwings are folded back considerably. The pilot is in a steep dive ready to plane-out if it gets ugly. The other 80 flights on the same line, starting 200 feet above the trees and shaving it closer and closer would make for a boring video.
DavethePilot 0 #24 January 5, 2011 Thanks grayhghost, I see what you mean by the arm wings folded back and the number of runs you would need to do to get down to the flights on the video. I saw this recently http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBiAo9FD31Q (have a look around the 3:50 minute mark) which made me wonder about this.
