Happy to introduce Jordan Hadfield. He came into skydiving with one goal; wingsuiting. He worked hard over a year to get in his 200 jumps.
Today he put in three jumps on the Phantom 2.
Welcome to the flock, Jordan!

BTW, he's a pretty talented drummer who has played with some of the biggest names in the biz.

I'd be interested to hear his thoughts, now that he has jumped a wingsuit, about having to wait until 200 jumps to do so.

Having been the sport for such a short time, he should have a good recollection of his thoughts, feelings, and abilities along the way. In retrospect, is he glad he waited until 200 jumps, or does he look back now confident that he could have done just as well with 100 jumps?

Just wondering how the BSR looks from the other side.

I'll let Justin speak for himself, but when he was going through his coach course, he commented that he was really excited and nervous about the WX experience, but wanted to try anyway. He seemed to *want* to wait til he had 202 jumps and was very proud to show me his properly managed log book before we went up.

Thank you all for the congrats and special thanks to Spot for "taking me under his wing." I'm very excited and look forward to the day I get to fly with all of you!

In answer to the 200 jump wing suit requirement, as soon as I got my B license at 50 jumps I wanted to fly a wing suit and thought the 200 jump minimum was lame.
Sunday I flew for the first time and it was much more difficult I expected. I gained ALOT more respect for the talented wing suit'ers I know and was grateful I had a little more experience under my belt before putting on the wings myself.

Short answer- Although I wouldn't have said this a week ago, 200 jumps is a good requirement and I wouldn't change it.

Thanks again guys and Blue Skies

-Jordan
