dmkellett 0 #1 September 8, 2009 Does anyone have any info about this suit? A good friend has recently been to Norway and came back with some photo's.... see below. Experienced eyewitnesses report very high performance.... Is this the future? I have always thought the ballooning that occurs in the wings particularly the arm wings to be a real problem, NOT because it distorts the mythical airfoil and the mythical WS lift we dont produce.... BUT because it ADDs to form drag drastically. slower means more downward travel and less forward travel.... I think crossbracing is cool, my eyewitness reports a very flat wing profile in - flight and awesome performance. anyone know anything about it? Apparently its a Tonysuit prototype for the base environment.... Darren
PhoenixRising 0 #2 September 8, 2009 It is our X-Bird. Not cross braced. just mini ribs on the trailing edge the suit is now available to the public, and yes performance is HUGE.
