I agree ... we definitely need two planes! Is anyone jumping on Thursday, Oct 4th? I am planning to buy my plane tickets soon, and I can be there to jump on Thursday Load 1. So, here is the beginning of the Thursday list:

TK has feelers out to get a second plane, but even with 40 people at 6 jumps/day we're only talking about 12 loads per day.

Since the x.5 events aren't big-way oriented, even with 1 plane we'll be fine.

I'll be posting the dive diagrams for my group in the next couple of days.

We will have 3 load organizers ... me, Chuck Blue and Rob Jones. Rob is going to organize the lower experience folks so they aren't just chasing larger formations, but can actually work on flocking skills with him. If you are in this category, jumping with Rob will definitely help you out ... take advantage of him. For those of you jumping with me, be on your game, 'cuz I'm goning to give you a workout!

4.0 will probably be held the first weekend of the Easter boogie. That's the weekend before Easter weekend.

From the Skydive City calendar:

March 15-23 - The Easter Boogie at Z-Hills. Easter is early this year - that means it's likely still snowing where you are living. A trip to Z-Hills to warm up and blow off some cabin fever is definitely in order.....

Camping is free and there's plenty of space, good showers, etc. Pip and Judy also rent out trailers, but they usually book up pretty quick. You can call the DZ and ask for their contact info.

just mac on any of the dz hotties and you can get a nice bed to sleep in. It also helps to run around naked and through (over) the bon fire at night. If you are lucky, chucky may even try to hit you with his truck or will want to mud wrestle you in the swoop pond

I'm pretty sure the DZ is closed Tues. and Wed. (summer hours). I think they go back to 7-days/wk on Nov 1. Might want to call the office to make sure or hit another DZ.

Here's my dive list for those jumping with me at F&D 3.5. Note that the dives are sized for about an Otter full of people. There will certainly be changes made at the last minute, and we'll try a couple of simple warm-up dives on Friday, but there's plenty of fun to be had here!

I get in on Wed the 3rd and leave on Tues the 9th so its a bit of an extended f&d 3.5 for me.

After my dislocated ankle my physio cleared me to fly last week so I got out to the local dz for 10wingsuit jumps to shake off the rust.
