I always thought they were a pretty good option for skydivers that like to wear sandals. They have good coverage but leave the top open for airflow. blair700 0 #6 December 27, 2005 Yo, I've worn tevas with my PF tracking pants and just larkshead a rubberband to the strap across the top and then hook the snap to it. I don't buy velcro tevas, old river guide habit. That said, the only time I really skydive with sandals on is at the beach boogie, otherwise I'd rather have a nice shoe on for an off field landing, or long hike back to DZ, or climb over barb wire fence, or tree landing, or landing on runway, or....... get it?
