Food and lack of exercise makes you fat. Fatness increases your wingloading. My most recent desk job put a good ten pounds on me, and now I can't get below 50, and my average has gone up like 10 - 15 MPH. So, I'm dieting and biking... shit, spit, and run.

It seems as though there is a really fine line between loading the suit right and way too much. It's like right when the straw breaks the camels back is when you can't get held up as much, and you have to familiarize yourself with Metabolife (again).
