Laszloimage 0 #5 December 17, 2014 From 4K (UHD actually ) video you can capture an approximately 8MP frame which is NOT necessary going to be an 8MB file size. GoPros's 4K video is highly compressed, so the 3MB file size (I assume jpeg) as a frame grab sounds very reasonable. Check the resolution of the image which should be 3840x2160 pixels. I use the built in screen grab feature in adobe premiere 6 and my camera is set to 2.7k resolution (GoPro 3 Black) and the file sizes are around 500-800KB on average.. no were near 1-2 MB? what would cause this?
