double length camera screw

I don't have anything here with me to measure it I'm thinking standard length about quarter inch ? I was just kind of wondering if anybody off the top of their head what the standard length screw is?

You don't know where to get screws, can't eyeball the length of a screw, and are unable to figure out if longer screws are made?

well I guess what I'm asking is does anybody make the knurled thumbscrew camera specific screw that's twice the length . but as far as wrenches and mechanical ability but if you compound fracture something I'm a good guy to have around. blues. and arch and keep up

A "normal" tripod screw to fit the bottom of most cameras is 1/4"-20.

Here is something a bit closer than Cookie.

5/8" Knurled thumb screw

1" knurled thumb screw

If you order the longer one you can always cut it shorter. Cutting stainless isn't easy though.
