ThighMan 5 #1 April 15, 2014 I know this has had to be talked about before. I was hoping someone would have the skinny on the best video camera suggestions. I know GoPro is very popular but I also know they have a tendency to get "KNOCKED OFF". I was thinking of something low profile. I normally do RD and fly a Samurai 120. Suggestions? fincher 0 #2 April 15, 2014 Here is something to think about.....if your GoPro is getting knocked off or that is really a concern then you are wearing it on a jump that you shouldnt have a camera on in the first place. that being said accidents can happen on any camera jump so dont take it if you cant afford to break it.i'll huff and I'll puff and I'll burn your packing tent down Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DSE 3 #3 April 15, 2014 The Replay Mini 1080 has the smallest/lowest profile of all. Square 1 sells them, I believe they're around 179.00. You'd likely side mount it, but it's very low profile on the top. Following that, all the usual caveats about full face not being good for camera, why are they getting knocked off, snag hazard, and the other stuff that should probably be a copy/paste or signature line.
