I was a little disappointed that the article didn't key on the distraction factor; it was heavily discussed in the interviews.

I had a class with with a guy I used to work with and was talking about his kids BMX activities, somehow it got around to ''you know, it really isn't that dangerous until there's a camera''.

That was his take on either POV or mom on the sidelines snapping shots. I can; I have, seen the same in skydiving time and time again.

I really dont understand how people gets so "locked on" to having a camera on their head. I usually turn mine on and forget about it. Half the time i forget to turn it off after the jump bc i forgot it was ever even there.
