Go Pro Hero 3 Black Simultaneous

Has anyone figured out how to increase the shots per second during Simultaneous Video and Photo Mode to 1.5 or 2 shots per second?

I heard it has been done but can't find the open share software.

I've only found the manual online saying you can take pictures every 5 secnods, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds, but I guess if you were skydiving, every 60 seconds would be kinda useless, haha. I've got a GoPro 3 Black as well and I'll keep looking around b/c I'd like to find it as well.

I want it for Tandem Handcam. Much better one camera than 2! 1 shot every 2 seconds would be sufficient but every 5 seconds is not enough, especially on exit.

You can still buy Gopro Hero 2, new on e-bay tht will work great for stills (with .5, 1 or 2 second options). I know that is not the answer you are looking for but that was the answer I and many others have used

talk to James Natation he has done it to his. he said you can go up to every .5 but the pics suck. he was going to try every 1 sec on his next jump.
