I am not sure which model you are looking at. I had one of the early models and can tell you the sound was horrible and the wobble on the video was plain stomach churning. And that was using it on the ground, not skydiving.

Not sure of the model number can't find it but can post a couple pic's.
My son used it once last year skiing and it was set on a narrow veiw and I wasn't very impressed with the video.
Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

Looks very similar to the one I have sitting in a drawer somewhere. I would recommend the GoPro or Contour for a personal POV camera as they are well tested in the skydiving environment.
