Hi, I have a Sony PC350 Pal and Pal also a Sony CX.116 and soon I will go to your U.S. .. appreciated if you tell me if it works correctly, if you can edit and burn to DVD recorder in the U.S..

you'll be able to burn to some systems, some will convert to 60i and others won't. If you're thinking of using these for a tandem operation, I'd suggest reconsidering due to the potential for some incompatibility.
Computer systems will convert it on the fly, but settop burner compatibility will vary.

Yes Yes, I think mostly in the video editing work tandem with a DVD recorder.

Thanks I think I finally buy some Sony CX series but miss some effects, quality will win in the final edit.

The reason none of the new cams don't have built in effects are two-fold;
~they take up cycles best used for better compression
~the majority of card-based users will be editing/outputting on a computer for digital delivery. FX/effects can be more effectively applied in post (editing), and in computer editing, it's much faster (generally) than board-based/linear editing.

Well. but in reality in my dropzone we always use the DVD recorder only takes 6-7 min for a DVD of the recording time and 2 more to burn.

what I said will eventually have to buy a Cx in USA
